About Broadbridge Heath Football Club

BBHFC is a Football Association Standard Charter Club - we run youth teams from Under 7 to Under 18; we also run a First team, U23 team and a Veterans (Over 35) team.

The Junior section has their own committee who are responsible for financing and running the teams from Under 7 up to Under 16. The Senior section has their own committee who take responsibility for financing and running the Under 18, First, U23 and Veteran teams.

FIRST TEAM MANAGER VACANCY

Broadbridge Heath Football Club are seeking to appoint a new First Team Manager. The first team play in the Southern Combination Premier Division.

Applicants should hold a minimum of a current FA Level 2 coaching badge with previous experience at a similar level.

The successful candidate will need to attend and commit to both midweek training sessions, all first team fixtures, and monthly senior football management and senior club committee meetings. There is also an expectation that the First Team Manager will attend one in every three U23’s and U18’s games to assess player development and readiness for first team football.

With the club having recently secured new, purpose-built facilities, we also expect the First Team Manager to significantly contribute towards formalising the footballing vision and the steps we need to take, as a club, for it to be realised. We also expect the First Team Manager to help shape the club, beyond football, as we work to establish ourselves in our new home and the broader community.

The successful applicant should be well organised, considered, and able to work in
partnership with the under 23’s and under 18's management as well as the committees of both the Junior and Senior sections to promote a 'one club' ethos.

All interested parties should submit their CV to Chris Higgins.
