This match was due to be played at Godstone Road, Lingfield on Saturday 1st April but with large areas of the Lingfield pitch still waterlogged and the weather forecast showing more rain on the way, it meant the chances of getting this game played were practically nil. As a result the officials of Lingfield FC asked if the match could be played at the BodyMould Community Stadium instead but with the facilities already booked out on Saturday, the only option was to try to get the match played on Friday evening.

So you have it, not an ideal situation for either team, but all league matches have to be completed by the 23rd April and we are quickly running out of days to play them.

If you are coming to the match, please make sure you check regularly on Social Media, rain is expected all day on Friday and the pitch is in perfect condition today but will it be in 2-days time?

Ample FREE Parking is available immediately next to the Stadium.
