The Bears kick off the new season with a short trip to Steyning Town for the first of several pre-season friendly matches.

The Barrowmen were relegated from the Isthmian League last season but they've recruited wisely in the summer and will be seeking a quick return to Step 4 football.

The match gives both managers and coaches an opportunity to see new players in action and to try various formations before the start of the season.

Kick Off at The Shooting Field is at 3.00pm.
