We are incredibly proud to announce that our Women’s Team have been named the January winners of the Sussex FA Positive Play Award – becoming the first-ever recipients of this prestigious new recognition.

The Positive Play Award celebrates clubs and teams who go above and beyond to create a positive, inclusive and respectful environment across the game. From matchdays to training nights, the award recognises behaviours that put enjoyment, development and sportsmanship at the heart of football.

Our Women’s Team were highlighted for the culture they have built both on and off the pitch, demonstrating outstanding respect for teammates, opponents, officials and volunteers, while creating a welcoming and supportive space for players of all ages and abilities.

This achievement is a huge credit to everyone involved with the team – players, coaches, and support staff – whose commitment to Positive Play principles has set a fantastic example across the club and wider football community.
