Mitch is a UEFA B (outfield) coach and has a wealth of experience in coaching and developing players. He joins us from Staines Town where last season he was Head Coach of their Isthmian League Under 18 side.

Mitch will work closely with the First and Under 18 Management Teams and as Under 23 Manager he will be supported by Paul Chapman and Paul Evento who will continue in their existing roles with the team.
