BBHFC is a Football Association Standard Charter Club - we run youth teams from Under 7 to Under 18; we also run a First team, U23 team and a Veterans (Over 35) team.

The Junior section has their own committee who are responsible for financing and running the teams from Under 7 up to Under 16. The Senior section has their own committee who take responsibility for financing and running the Under 18, First, U23 and Veteran teams.

Under 23 MANAGER VACANCY

Broadbridge Heath Football Club are seeking to appoint a new U23 Manager. The U23 team play in the Southern Combination U23 North Division.

The successful candidate will need to attend both midweek training sessions, all U23 team fixtures, and monthly senior football management and senior club committee meetings. There is also an expectation that the U23 Manager will attend one in every three U18 games to assess player development and readiness for U23 football.

With the club having recently secured new, purpose-built facilities, we also expect the U23 Manager to contribute towards formalising the footballing vision and the steps we need to take, as a club, for it to be realised. We also expect the U23 Manager to support both the First Team Manager and Senior Club Committee in shaping the club, beyond football, as we work to establish ourselves in our new home and the broader community.

The successful applicant should be well organised, considered, and able to work in partnership with the senior football management team as well as the committees of both the Junior and Senior sections to promote a 'one club' ethos. Preference will be given to those candidates living no more than 15 miles from BBH FC.
