Broadbridge Heath Women have discovered their opponents for the Adobe Women’s FA Cup Preliminary Round, with the Bears set to host Burgess Hill Women on Sunday 23rd August.

It's an exciting tie to kick off our FA Cup campaign, especially with both sides set to compete in the SCWGFL Premier Division this season. With league points also up for grabs later in the campaign, the cup fixture promises to be a competitive and entertaining encounter between two familiar rivals.

After a positive summer of recruitment, the Bears head into the new season with several new signings adding quality and depth to the squad. Pre-season has provided an excellent opportunity for the team to build relationships on and off the pitch, and the FA Cup tie will be the first real test of the progress made ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

We're looking forward to welcoming Burgess Hill to the Air Engineering Stadium and hope to see plenty of support from the sidelines as we begin another exciting FA Cup journey.
