The U23 team followed up their impressive 6-0 league win away to Horley Town in the opening game of the season with another resounding 10-1 home victory over Oakwood last Thursday.
Heath took the lead within the opening minute when Szymon Kowalczyk received the ball wide on the right and cut inside before striking a right foot shot from the edge of the box that flew past the Oakwood keeper.
Wiktor Maznica chased down a long Darious Dosieah through ball to make it 2-0 on 9mins and 7mins later it was 3-0 when James Archard burst through from the right took the ball into the penalty area and hit a low right foot shot across the goal and in off the post.
Heath’s dominance continued and they made it 4-0 just before the break when the Oakwood keeper misplaced his pass and played it straight to Maznica who turned and lobbed it back over the goalies head to bring a close to a very good first half performance.
The second half continued with Heath dominating proceedings, Kowalczyk made it 5-0 on 52mins with a left foot free kick from distance that flew straight in. Nathan Gorringe made it 6-0 with another shot from distance.
The visitors pulled a goal back on the hour when a free-kick from 20 yards took a wicked deflection off the wall to beat Monty Watson-Price but Heath replied immediately with Harry Sutton’s clinical right foot finish after a run from deep.
With the visitors tiring and somewhat deflated, Rodrigo Goncalves came off the bench and showed his quality with a hat-trick scored within a 12 minute spell to bring an end to another very good team performance from the Bears.
