The successful candidate will need to attend midweek training sessions, all U18 team fixtures, and monthly senior football management and senior club committee meetings. There is also an expectation that the U18 Manager will attend one in every three U17/U16 games to assess player development and readiness for U18 football.

With the club having recently secured new, purpose-built facilities, we also expect the U18 Manager to be a significant contributor in driving forward our footballing strategy primarily alongside first, U23, U17, U16, U15, and Academy management and coaching teams. We also expect the U18 Manager to support both the First Team Manager and Senior Club Committee in shaping the club, beyond football, as we work to establish ourselves in the broader community.

The successful applicant should be well organised, considered, and able to work in partnership with the senior football management team as well as the committees of both the Junior and Senior sections to promote a 'one club' ethos. Preference will be given to those candidates living no more than 15 miles from BBH FC.
